I'm thrilled to have partnered with my friend, Miles Purvis, for a fun collaboration. I have had the idea for ages to paint one half of a canvas, then have another artist paint the second half. Well, I finally got around to doing it. And Miles, being her fun, free self, was game to participate. All of these paintings are 12 x 12 or 18 x 18 inches, and are fun-filled mixed media beauties! This mixed media series of ceramic crosses that measures 8 x 10 inches. Acrylic paint, graphite, oil pastel, gold and silver leafing, and metallic paints were used on the crosses so that each one is unique. The crosses will be added to the Website at Noon on Friday, March 4th under the 'Original Art' Section. It is my desire in making these crosses that they bring you Hope in this Season of Renewal.
