This month I'm gearing up for my 4th Creative Retreat in Soria, Spain. I can not wait to host the five wonderful women who are joining me this year, because there is absolutely something about Spain.
Soria Spain is a very traditional Spanish town: it has 20,000 people in it and everything except some of the restaurants shuts down for siesta from 2:30-5:30pm. It has amazing natural beauty and lots of history.

The Creative Retreat is a getaway that will indulge all of the senses: it is said that food is the gateway to a culture and on our trip we will eat our way through some beloved Spanish fare. For me, the bakeries are beautiful and represent the attention and care to details that is such a European quality.
