Today marks the last week of my two week vacation (!!!) to my hometown of Savannah, Georgia.  I enjoyed photographing the scenery, daily sketch book work, and relaxing with family.  My brother and I also participated in the Caretta Research Project on Wassaw Island and it was such a unique experience.   I was just editing photos that I will archive to use for a painting series.  These are so pretty and serene, I had to share them.  Savannah, you were lovely as always... but I am thrilled to get back up the road and into my studio to get messy and slap around some paint!
