Recently, I created some little watercolor angel studies with my daughter. They were so much fun that I added a wash of color to them and decided to offer them to my collectors as a 'mini series'.
The Angels are listed on my site and I hope you all enjoy them!
I'm so excited to share seven new oyster shell paintings and Maine-inspired 'Double Boats in the Cove' painting with my collectors. This series is coming Friday, June 9th at Noon! My signature is created with Liquitex Pens: artists, this is the easiest way to sign canvas paintings! The Painting featured in my art studio located in wonderful downtown Greenville, South Carolina. 'Double Boats in the Cove' inspired by the Maine shoreline. Golden & Liquitex Paints are my go-to's. Oyster Shells and Boats 11 x 14 inch Oyster Shell Paintings I hope you like the paintings for my summer release: they were a joy to create and I feel like that joy really comes through in the work! Thank you, as always,...
I'm so excited to share this newest series: a release featuring Mixed Media Birds. This series started when my little boy asked me to create him some ducks for his big boy room. The two ducks I created for him were so fun to make that I just kept going and ended up with ten birds to share with collectors!
Here they are: these are the only birds I will be offering for 2022, but keep an ear to the ground for more to come in 2023.
I am thrilled about this small group of work that will be releasing next Thursday, June 18th, at 8:30am on The Campbell Collective site.
During quarantine, we had the great pleasure of visiting Carter & Holmes Greenhouses to preview their Orchids on a day trip to Newberry, and that trip was incredibly inspiring. I've also been working on how to get my orchids to re-bloom once the flowers fall off, and it is much easier than one might think.
Here is the entire group of work: I'll be hoping you find a piece you connect with and pick up an orchid that will always be in bloom!
Mother's Day is quickly coming and this year the Mamas have put in their fair share of work. I know that during this Covid-19 time, I've become a homeschool teacher, a short order cook, and constant entertainer. My family better gift me well, and art is the best gift any time!! Here are some styled images of the nests in my home. I hope you like them and gift one for your Mama this year!
Hope you enjoy these textural, fun little Robin's Nests!
